Thank you for choosing Freonix Refrigeration Supply ("Freonix," "we," "us," or "our"). We take great care in packaging, securing, and dispatching all certified refrigerant cylinders to ensure they arrive safely, promptly, and in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

1. Free Nationwide Ground Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE Standard HAZMAT Ground Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday).
  • Handling Time: All in-stock orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our facility, delivery timeframes across the continental United States are as follows:

4. HAZMAT & Ground Transportation Regulations

Because refrigerant cylinders contain compressed gases regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

  • Ground Transit Only: All refrigerant products must travel exclusively via certified ground transport carriers (e.g., FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, regional freight). Air shipping (Overnight / 2nd Day Air) is strictly prohibited by federal law.
  • Restricted Destinations: We ship to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to air transit restrictions, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Carrier Name and Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to register initial hub scans.

6. Bulk & Commercial Pallet Deliveries (10+ Cylinders)

Wholesale bundle orders (10, 20, 30, or 50+ cylinders) are strapped, shrink-wrapped, and dispatched on secure heavy-duty wooden pallets via LTL Commercial Freight:

  • The freight carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment window.
  • Liftgate delivery is included free of charge for commercial facilities without a loading dock.
  • An adult signature is required upon delivery for all freight pallet shipments.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your outer box or cylinder arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and cylinder and email us within 48 hours at contact@freonix.shop. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
  • Address Corrections: Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the 2:00 PM cutoff time so we can adjust it prior to carrier dispatch.
